If each agent works a 5*8 schedule, how do you meet 24*7 customer service needs?

Based on each agent working a 5*8 schedule, we can implement a 7*8 coverage with two agents' staggered shifts, and by arranging morning, afternoon and night shifts, six agents can achieve full 24*7 coverage. However, we generally recommend brands provide 5*8 brand customer service. Special products and services can use 24*7 support.

If using a US Toll Free number, do non-US customers need to pay to call the brand line?

If a brand uses a US Toll Free number and receives calls from non-US regions, the brand hotline will be charged normally on its side, but the calling customer will need to pay any international roaming or local carrier charges based on their own local telephone billing rules. This cost is borne by the customer and is unrelated to the brand line's charges.

With Enjoytalk’s service, can calls be recorded for our review?

All calls using Enjoytalk’s service are recorded for record-keeping. We store all recordings free of charge for one month; the brand can download and archive them before they expire. Enjoytalk uses carrier-grade channels and call monitoring to ensure audio quality, supports call recording and encrypted transmission, and complies with international privacy regulations such as GDPR, providing auditable logs and retention policies to ensure compliance and security.

If choosing the entry-level plan, is there customer service included?

When a brand selects the entry-level package, customer service is not included; the brand can choose to answer and respond on its own. If the brand requires Enjoytalk’s support, the service can be upgraded to the Basic plan, and we will provide overseas customer service seats to Basic plan customers.
