However, we generally recommend brands provide 5*8 brand customer service. Special products and services can use 24*7 support.
If a brand uses a US Toll Free number and receives calls from non-US regions, the brand hotline will be charged normally on its side, but the calling customer will need to pay any international roaming or local carrier charges based on their own local telephone billing rules. This cost is borne by the customer and is unrelated to the brand line's charges.
All calls using Enjoytalk’s service are recorded for record-keeping. We store all recordings free of charge for one month; the brand can download and archive them before they expire. Enjoytalk uses carrier-grade channels and call monitoring to ensure audio quality, supports call recording and encrypted transmission, and complies with international privacy regulations such as GDPR, providing auditable logs and retention policies to ensure compliance and security.
